Keep your whole life on track, in one place.
Plan your week, write your journal, watch your health and money, without switching apps.
Your journal, health and money stay private: locked with your PIN, unreadable to anyone else, us included.
Everything you keep track of, on two kinds of page.
Some things you want reminders about. Some things nobody else should ever read. Trackneo keeps them apart.
Everyday pages
- Tasks and your weekPlan the week, then work through it one day at a time.
- ListsGroceries, packing, books to read.
- NotesQuick notes you can pin, colour and find again.
- Key datesBirthdays and renewals, with a reminder and a task before each one.
We can read these, which is how your reminders and emails work.
Private pages
- JournalWrite about your day, add photos and a mood, and see what you wrote on this day last year.
- HealthWeight, blood pressure and anything else you measure, charted over time.
- MoneyYour savings and investments, and how they've grown.
These are locked on your device before they're saved. We store them, but we can't read them.
Plan the week on Sunday, then take it one day at a time.
A to-do list keeps growing. A week has an end, so you can see whether it went well.
- Sunday
Pick a few goals
Three or four things that would make it a good week.
- 7 am
An email only if it matters
A deadline or a key date that can't wait. On a quiet day, we leave you alone.
- Daytime
Work from today's list
Plan a task for Tuesday even if it's due Friday. Time it if you want to know where the hours went.
- Night
Write a few lines
Close the day in your journal. Unfinished tasks move to tomorrow on their own.
2 tasks moved over from Monday.
The same journal entry, as you see it and as we see it.
Your journal, health and money are scrambled on your phone or laptop before they're saved. Only your PIN can unscramble them.
Long walk after work. Finally called Dad back, and he sounded better than last week. I want to keep the Sunday calls going.

Questions
Can you really not read my journal?
Yes. Your journal, health and money are scrambled on your device before they reach us, and only your PIN unlocks the key that unscrambles them. We never see your PIN. We can tell an entry exists and which day it's for, but not what it says.
What if I forget my PIN?
Use the recovery key you're given when you set your PIN. Keep it in a password manager or on paper somewhere safe. If you lose both, your private pages can't be opened by anyone, including us, so the app makes sure you've saved the key before you start.
Are my tasks and notes locked too?
No. Tasks, lists, notes and key dates are stored normally so we can send your reminders and morning email, and so you'll be able to share lists. Other users can't see them. Only your journal, health and money are locked with your PIN.
Is there a phone app?
Trackneo runs in any browser, and you can add it to your phone's home screen so it opens like an app.
Why is there a waitlist?
